Why did you choose MCF?
We were not happy with our current fulfilment provider. We set up a zoom call with MCF when we heard about their proactive approach and their communication strategy. We found this very refreshing and different.
After the zoom call we were impressed with MCF’s proactive approach and the fact they always want to give great communication with us at all times. The data they provide on a daily basis is insightful and allows us rest assure they are getting things done.
Which challenges necessitated change?
The challenge was; timely processing of orders, shipping orders oldest first, managing our inventory effectively and proactive communication.
We found the outsourced fulfilment industry a little underwhelming, we had used a couple of providers before we came across MCF. Other providers were very reactive and distant, they didn’t view our business like we do and only communicated when we had a complaint.
Since being with MCF they have changed our opinion. Their push notifications are very informative. They use data driven integellence and common sense. MCF view our account like us and have becoming an extension to our business.

How did our team help implementation
Seemlessly – When we moved stock to MCF we got live updates and images of proof of delivery. Then within 24 hours we got a full stock update of everything that arrived.
How have our solutions helped since implementation?
The proactive communication has allowed us to track sales & stock movements on a daily basis. MCF highlight low stock alerts, highlight when they receive new lines, provide returns percentages, track preventative and corrective actions, highlight slow moving inventory and deal with couriers effectively on our behalf. Everything you would want from your own warehouse.

What impact have our solutions had on the growth of your business?
When we get the daily update each morning from our named MCF account manager, it gives us piece of mind that MCF have everything covered related to logistics. This has given us time back and allows us to focus our efforts on developing our product range, finding new manufactures and enter new marketplaces. We have seen a 20% increase in sales and reduced our manufacturing costs by 10%.
