What Our Clients Say

As one of the UK's leading workwear brands, we rely on fulfilment partners who meet our standards for reliability, accuracy and customer experience. MCF have consistently delivered on this. Their operational control, communication and attention to detail have been central to our growth across Amazon and multiple sales channels.

MCF oversees our Amazon Vendor activities, FBA preparation and compliance, as well as our Seller Fulfilled Prime operations, shipping tens of thousands of Black Hammer products over recent years. Their capability to handle all three Amazon models ensures us that each order consistently aligns with the performance standards our brand guarantees.

What sets MCF apart is their treatment of our stock as their own. Their accuracy, proactive communication and willingness to go the extra mile ensure our customers receive the service and reliability they expect from Black Hammer. They've become an extension of our team, not just a fulfilment provider.

Black Hammer

UK Workwear Brand

We have been partnered with MCF for over three years, and during that time they have played a key role in supporting our growth across multiple ecommerce channels. Our products are sold on a wide range of marketplaces including eBay, Very, B&Q and Toolstation but Amazon remains our primary and fastest growing platform. Since joining MCF, our Amazon performance has increased significantly year on year.

MCF manage all three of our Amazon fulfilment models: FBA preparation and compliance, FBM fulfilment, and most importantly Seller Fulfilled Prime, where service levels are critical. Their ability to operate seamlessly across these channels has given us the confidence to scale aggressively without compromising on customer experience.

Operationally, MCF provide the accuracy, stock control and responsiveness required for a brand of our size. They handle our inbound volumes, marketplace specific requirements and peak trading periods with consistency and professionalism. Their communication is clear, their reporting is transparent, and they act quickly whenever support is needed.

Einhell UK

Power Tools & Garden Equipment

Partnering with MCF for our Amazon Seller Central account management has been one of the best operational decisions we've made. Their team quickly understood our business and took full ownership of the day to day tasks that previously consumed so much of our time.

They expertly set up and configured our SFP services, created tailored shipping templates, and ensured all courier delivery rules were optimised for speed and cost. Their attention to detail in managing shipping settings alone has significantly improved our fulfilment efficiency.

MCF are also incredibly proactive. They handle Amazon cases promptly, produce well structured Plans of Action before issues escalate, and respond to customer queries with professionalism that reflects positively on our brand. Their regular reviews of performance and defect reports help us stay ahead of potential problems, and they keep our product listings updated and compliant at all times.
