Pick, Pack and Dispatch

- How accurate is the picking? Every MCF pick is verified by barcode scan, and we work to 99% pick accuracy.
- Who will you actually deal with? Every MCF client has a named account manager, a two-hour response target for customer service queries in business hours, and a daily morning update on their account.
