The Fulfilment Process
Send Your Stock to Us
Your inventory arrives at one of our three North West fulfilment centres. We check and book every SKU into the Mintsoft WMS with a tracked location. You see it in your dashboard from the moment it's logged. Nothing goes into the warehouse without being verified first.
We Pick, Pack, and Dispatch
Orders sync automatically from every channel you sell on. Our team picks, packs, and dispatches to your specifications: branded packaging, plain packaging, inserts, specific carton sizes. Same-day dispatch for orders in by 2 pm. 4 pm for Amazon SFP.
Delivery and Returns
Your customers receive live tracking from dispatch. You get a morning email summary every day, plus access to live dashboards and monthly or quarterly KPI reporting through the Mintsoft WMS. Returns go back into available stock or into a quarantine report. But you always make that call.
